TXT MSG-ing

Our newest system that allows visitors on your lot to send a text message on their cell phone to get the pricing of a vehicle. A text message is then sent back to the visitor with the price, and the dealership gets an e-mail with the visitors cell phone number to follow up. Then the customer can return home, logon to the dealer website and see a list of all the vehicles they had requested more information about.

RSS Feeds

We've now added RSS Feeds visitors can subscribe to for the latest service specials as well as any new arrivals. Many users have RSS feeds of the latest in news stories, and now can easily add your content to their Google Page, Outlook, or any other news reader.


Video E-Mail

Video E-Mail is now available. Record your message and add cue points to guide a customer through multiple vehicles. A simple e-mail link is returned for you to place into your e-mail, thus working with all CRM systems. Once the customer views your Video mail, you will receive notification that the message was viewed, when it was viewed, and how many times it was watched. Stand out from your competition by providing a personalized, video message showing your customers a real person will be working with them.

At Interlink Computing, we don't think of our Complete Dealer Solution (CDS) as just a web package. Instead, we want to be your web consultants.

Most web providers place your dealership into their system. Some allow you a tweaked look, others just let you pick from a selection of templates and throw your logo on it. But in either case, you are still plugged into their boxed solution with little room for expansion.

Boxed solutions work great for basic software. A word processor -- while you can get fancy and add lots of tools, most of us just need to be able to type, spell check, print and save. Therefore, any solution would work. But your website is different. Your website is an extension of your dealership. And for an increasing number of consumers, it is the first impression your customers have of your dealership, but unfortuantly, you're not there to keep them from turning away.

Instead of a templated boxed solution, we offer our system as a starting platform for your website, but by no means is it meant to be the complete final product. Yes, it can be used great, but we offer the ability to customize it to your needs. We offer the ability to quickly introduce new features and technologies, without having to wait for full integration for all of our customers.

To simply leave your website as a templated solution, like most dealerships, is doing a disservice to your dealership and your customers. You're simply telling them you don't have the time, money, or desire to stand apart from any other dealership. So why should they decide to purchase a car or have their vehicle serviced from you and not any of the other dealerships who all appear to be the same?

While we will work with any company who wishes a new website, we are truly focused on helping the innovators and early adopters who want to take advantage of new technologies and techniques and utilize them before they become mainstream and just part of the norm.
